PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make and sell 3D-printed products and may also sell filament, printer parts, and other supplies. We work to describe products, colors, dimensions, compatibility, and availability accurately. Colors may appear different on different screens, and minor layer lines or surface variations are normal characteristics of 3D printing.

Please review the product listing before ordering. Accessories shown in photos are included only when the listing says they are. Where a product is described as compatible with another company’s product, that description does not mean Smoovay is affiliated with or endorsed by that company.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Your order is accepted when we confirm it. If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled item.

Please provide accurate contact and shipping information. Contact us promptly if you notice an error in your order.

CUSTOM ORDERS

For personalized or custom-made products, we may contact you to confirm details before production. You are responsible for reviewing the details you provide, including names, measurements, colors, and design requests. Production times may vary based on the work required.

By sending us an image, design, logo, or other material for a custom order, you confirm that you have permission to use it and to have us reproduce it for your order. We may decline a request if we cannot make it or reasonably believe it would infringe someone else’s rights.

SHIPPING, CANCELLATIONS, AND RETURNS

Estimated production and shipping times are provided on product pages or at checkout. Delivery dates supplied by carriers are estimates unless we expressly promise a specific date.

Cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy at https://www.smoovay.com/policies/refund-policy. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you about the delay and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

PRODUCT USE AND COMPATIBILITY

Use products for their intended purpose and follow any care or safety instructions provided with them. Check the specifications of printer parts, filament, and accessories against your equipment before ordering or installing them. If you are unsure whether a part will fit, contact us before purchasing.

WEBSITE CONTENT

The Smoovay name, our original product photos, text, and designs on this website may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Some products or images may be used under license from their respective owners; those owners retain their rights.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND PRIVACY

Our store uses Shopify and other service providers to process payments and operate the website. Their services may be subject to their own terms. Information collected through the store is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
