We currently specialize in Bambu Lab printers, including hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining Bambu Lab A1 and AMS Lite systems.

Printer Troubleshooting & Diagnostics

Not sure what is causing the problem? We can inspect your printer and help diagnose issues such as:

Bambu Lab Printer Support

Our primary focus is currently Bambu Lab 3D printers.

If you have an A1, A1 Mini, P1-series, X1-series, AMS, or AMS Lite, contact us with your printer model and the problem you are experiencing.

For printer models or brands outside of Bambu Lab, feel free to contact us. We can let you know whether it is something we can currently service.

Smoovay is building a local option for 3D printer owners who do not want to ship their printer away or wait days for a basic replacement part.

We serve customers throughout the surrounding Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois area, including:

  • Rockford, Illinois

  • Surrounding communities

Before bringing your printer in for repair, we recommend checking whether your printer or the affected component is still covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

You may be eligible for replacement parts, technical support, or another warranty remedy directly from the manufacturer.

If your printer is still under warranty, consider contacting the manufacturer before authorizing third-party repair work. Warranty terms and coverage can vary by product, part, and manufacturer.

If you are unsure what part may be causing the issue, you can still contact Smoovay and describe the problem. We can help you determine what information may be useful before you decide how to proceed.

  • Current landed cost of replacement parts

Prices may vary depending on when parts were purchased and current supplier costs.

We will discuss the service and expected cost with you before moving forward with major repairs.
